About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team at Unframe. This position is entirely focused on prospecting new business opportunities, emphasizing cold calling, email outreach, and various outbound strategies. As the initial point of contact for potential enterprise clients, you will play a vital role in generating leads and contributing to Unframe's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new enterprise leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Conduct thorough research on accounts and customize outreach to engage decision-makers effectively.
• Maintain activity records in our CRM and refine messaging strategies based on results.
Desired Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven track record in cold outreach and prospecting.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in either German, Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian.
• Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
• Bonus: Background in AI, data, or enterprise technology sales.
