Your Responsibilities Include:
Safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring a dependable and positive experience daily.
Prioritizing student safety at all times, including during boarding, transit, and exiting the vehicle.
Performing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to guarantee the bus is in safe operating condition.
Maintaining the bus's cleanliness and sanitation, assisting with fueling and basic upkeep to ensure a professional appearance.
Accurately completing daily Hours of Service reports and maintaining documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
Promptly reporting any mechanical issues or concerns affecting vehicle safety.
Addressing and reporting student behavior issues professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
Participating in ongoing training and professional development to remain updated on safety practices, policies, and regulations.
Exhibiting professionalism, patience, and care while creating a safe and respectful environment for all passengers.
