With a diverse team of over 120 talented individuals from all corners of the globe, we are crafting Yepoda’s narrative every day.We are seeking a Senior Amazon Account Manager who will take ownership of Yepoda’s Amazon business in multiple markets, including the Amazon US platform. This pivotal role involves full accountability for channel performance, encompassing revenue, profitability, content, and operational success. You will serve as Yepoda's in-house Amazon expert, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to transform Amazon into a robust and lucrative international growth channel.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage Yepoda's Amazon business across various markets, including the Amazon US, ensuring optimal channel performance.Administer the full Amazon P&L, focusing on revenue, margin, and profitability.Develop and implement the Amazon growth strategy, addressing assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, conversion, and expansion opportunities.Lead daily account management and ensure seamless operational execution, including listing optimization, A+ content, Brand Store, and keyword strategies.Initiate and manage Amazon marketing initiatives such as Sponsored Ads, promotions, deals, and Vine; plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and highlight product moments.Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams on forecasting, replenishment, FBA shipments, and inventory management.Engage cross-functionally with finance, customer service, and compliance to facilitate profitability tracking, enhance customer experience, and meet regulatory standards.Communicate directly with Amazon to address account health, policy, and operational issues while identifying growth opportunities.Monitor key performance indicators and convert data into actionable insights; stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
