At our Bodegraven location, we are on the lookout for a Construction Manager. In this role, you will oversee technicians, manage project timelines and quality, and actively participate in the installation of electrical traffic systems. Your Responsibilities:
You will have ample opportunity to demonstrate your entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to projects that are both technically challenging and socially relevant. Ensure the efficient, rapid, and high-quality execution of tasks;
Involvement in all phases and aspects of large and/or complex projects;
Analyze, edit, and assess technical data;
Maintain detailed planning and project documentation;
Monitor the deployment of personnel, equipment, and materials;
Oversee the technical progress of projects;
Participate in work and construction meetings;
Coordinate overtime, holiday scheduling, and advise on staffing;
Install electrical systems such as lighting, power, and low-voltage systems, control, measurement and control technology, security, and signaling;
Prepare for commissioning activities.
What You Bring:
VOL-VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one;
A qualification according to the NEN 3140 standard (or willingness to obtain this);
Knowledge and experience with electrical traffic installations;
