About the Role
Join Figure’s Customer Operations team as a key member in driving our talent acquisition efforts. As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing high-volume recruitment for Customer Operations positions that are integral to our customer service and business expansion. You will manage a dynamic hiring pipeline, engage promising candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient and quality-driven searches.
This is a high-impact role that offers significant ownership and visibility. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our Customer Operations and have the opportunity to refine processes, enhance hiring outcomes, and expand your recruiting expertise within a fast-paced fintech setting.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Customer Operations roles
- Source, engage, evaluate, and secure qualified candidates
- Maintain a high-volume recruitment pipeline with exceptional organization and follow-through
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify needs, calibrate candidates, and advance recruitment efforts
- Ensure a transparent, responsive, and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer
- Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to monitor pipeline progress, feedback, and hiring metrics
- Create, publish, and optimize job postings across external platforms
