We are in search of a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise - Financial Services to enhance adoption and maximize the value derived from the Yext platform with an unwavering commitment to learning. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with enterprise-level clients in the Financial Services sector, grasping their priorities and pain points to ensure they optimize their investment in Yext. As a vital member of our organization, CSMs work closely with sales, solution engineers, product management, and go-to-market teams.
