Your contribution will be integral to daily baking operations, ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Your responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, mixing doughs and batters, proofing, baking, and decorating products according to established recipes. You will ensure that all items are produced efficiently and served with the utmost quality.
As a Demi Chef de Partie – Bakery, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and training junior kitchen staff, instilling best practices and ensuring adherence to recipes and standard operating procedures. It is imperative to uphold health, hygiene, and food safety regulations at all times.
Maintaining a clean and organized bakery workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and personal hygiene, is essential. You should thrive in high-pressure situations, especially during peak production hours.
