We adopt a hybrid work model, requiring employees in this role to be present at our Austin, TX hub at least two days a week or eight days a month. Please ensure you can commit to this arrangement before applying.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Sales Finance who excels at the convergence of revenue strategy, analytics, and business collaboration.
This is not your typical finance position focused solely on historical reporting. Instead, you will be at the heart of our go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and executive leadership to optimize our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
You will be responsible for the financial strategy that supports our sales initiatives, which includes forecasting, assessing pipeline health, evaluating quota capacity, pricing strategies, deal economics, and investment trade-offs. Your insights will help leadership understand performance drivers, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions that impact the business positively.
