We are in search of a motivated, energetic Recruiter to join us in our Cougar Mountain and Bellevue schools. This individual will adeptly manage multiple roles across different functions while ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers. In this position, you will:
- Collaborate with hiring teams to formulate and implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing strategies.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment across various departments and locations.
- Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
