Qualifications
Achieve and surpass annual and quarterly revenue targets for the eCommerce partnerships business. Supervise 3 direct reports and lead a broader team of five sales managers. Establish clear KPIs and OKRs, mentoring and developing talent while fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and results-oriented culture. Define and execute the overarching sales and partnership strategy focused on cultivating long-term, high-value relationships. Guide the team in negotiating favorable and sustainable CPA increases with affiliate partners, developing and achieving CPAi incremental revenue goals. Manage the complete partnership lifecycle, ensuring successful acquisition, retention, and expansion of key accounts. Collaborate with product, marketing, editorial, and branded content teams to formulate go-to-market strategies, encompassing packaging, pricing, and positioning of new offerings. Lead cross-functional alignment across revenue operations, branded content, editorial, and product teams to effectively implement commerce initiatives. Establish and refine sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM practices in partnership with Revenue Operations. Deliver precise revenue forecasts, performance analyses, and strategic insights.

This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving substantial revenue growth across various channels, including affiliate, CPC, and flat fee partnerships, within Forbes Vetted, Forbes Wine, Brand Solutions, and V Brand Stories. The Executive Director will also identify, launch, and monetize new opportunities within the Consumer Revenue portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be key in enhancing Forbes’ eCommerce and retail advertising offerings by innovating across email, display, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This leader will blend strategic foresight with pragmatic execution, taking ownership of revenue targets, building robust pipelines, closing impactful deals, and nurturing long-term partnerships that ensure sustainable growth.
