The Industrial Security team at Anduril is a specialized group focused on maintaining the security of cleared personnel, classified projects, and secure facilities. Operating at the intersection of advanced defense technology and rigorous security protocols, we ensure the safeguarding of national security. Our team consists of security management, compliance, risk assessment, and physical security experts who are committed to maintaining the highest security standards in support of both national and international defense initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service internally and externally.
YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Facility Security Officer to become a vital part of our expanding team in Reston, VA, and at various offsite locations. The Facility Security Officer (FSO) will spearhead the implementation and oversight of our industrial security program, ensuring that both company and customer security standards are met at all locations. The successful candidate will work with personnel across all levels, as well as with government management, to ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254), and Security Classification Guides (SCGs). This self-driven role requires the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. The FSO will collaborate with the Anduril FSO team to develop and execute processes and procedures for security management, perform security self-assessments, expand our classified operations, apply risk mitigation strategies, support customer reviews, and implement necessary security measures to meet compliance needs.
