Your Role as a Customer Advisor:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by representing a prestigious global brand.
- Address and document customer inquiries and questions through various digital communication channels.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer inquiries, feedback, and interactions in our customer service database.
- Handle client complaints promptly and in accordance with our company’s complaint escalation procedures.
- Ensure all support calls and, when necessary, emails are responded to and resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot effectively.
- Provide solutions and recommendations for common issues or frequently asked questions.
