We want someone who thrives on the challenge of building relationships from scratch.Identify target accounts, analyze organizational structures, and pinpoint ideal entry points—be it an Engineering Manager experiencing daily challenges, a VP of Engineering considering AI tools, or a curious Staff Engineer.Create multi-step outbound sequences, experimenting with various messaging strategies and calls to action, iterating rapidly based on effectiveness.Utilize relatable language that resonates with engineers, steering clear of overly corporate jargon—our most effective outreach feels like a peer-to-peer conversation.Collaborate with the Founding Team to Build Outbound ProcessesDefine and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, and buying triggers through data-driven experimentation.Establish qualification criteria to determine which meetings are worth pursuing.Implement metrics, dashboards, and a reliable process for pipeline generation.Document successful strategies to ensure they can be replicated by you and eventually by the team you will help build.
