Join Tidio as an Implementation Specialist!
Location: Fully remote, open to candidates in LATAM/Europe.
Salary: $33,000 - $37,000 annually / 10,000 - 13,000 PLN monthly on a B2B (self-employed) basis or equivalent on an employment contract.

Are you ready to dive into a hands-on role as an Implementation Specialist? You will work closely with a small, agile team to help clients harness the full potential of Tidio. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing customized solutions, integrating Tidio with other platforms, and guiding clients throughout the adoption process as well as post-implementation support.
Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, tackle real-world challenges, and make a significant impact on client satisfaction and Tidio's growth.
This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy overcoming technical challenges, and take ownership of projects that contribute directly to client success and Tidio’s advancement.
Working Hours: Aligned with local time zones, with some flexibility:
• Europe (CET): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Latin America (GMT-3): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
