Join Our Mission to Transform Healthcare Access
At Assort Health, our mission is to make exceptional healthcare accessible anytime, anywhere, for anyone. We believe that healthcare should be effortless and connected, providing quick answers, clear communication, and seamless access to care. Our innovative approach is driven by AI, designed to embrace the complexities of healthcare, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each provider.
As the most comprehensive patient experience platform powered by specialty-specific agentic AI, Assort's omnichannel AI agents integrate seamlessly with EHR/PMS systems and complex provider preferences. This integration eliminates lengthy hold times and inefficiencies, ensuring that patients receive the care they need without unnecessary delays.
Since our launch in 2023, we have successfully managed over 135 million patient interactions, reducing average hold times from 11 minutes to just 1 minute. Our platform now handles calls for thousands of providers with an impressive 98% resolution rate and 99% scheduling accuracy. With an average patient satisfaction rating of 4.5/5 from over 52,000 reviews, we have achieved remarkable 20× revenue growth in 2025 and are scaling rapidly across the healthcare industry.
