Contribute to the creation and development of captivating training materials, which include e-learning modules, presentations, and supplementary handouts.
Assist in organizing the scheduling, participant registration, logistics, and post-training follow-up for various training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
Provide essential administrative support to the Learning & Development (L&D) team, ensuring the maintenance of training records and timely updates to databases.
Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading courses and monitoring learner progress.
Engage in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by your supervisor.
