At Airbnb, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence are integral to our operations. From enhancing Trust and Payments to improving Customer Service and Marketing, we utilize ML to deliver optimal experiences for both guests and hosts. The Core ML team within Community Support leads the integration of Agentic AI technologies, creating intelligent, scalable customer service solutions. Our responsibilities include the development of a Chat AI assistant, Voice AI Assistant, and much more! We continually explore state-of-the-art architectures, refine various AI models, and leverage tools such as SFT, Reinforcement Learning, Distillation, RAG/Search, and LLM testing automation.
