Serve as a confident communicator with the leadership team, effectively addressing account needs, ensuring campaigns launch as scheduled, and providing timely client communications.
Proactively evaluate and present insights on media opportunities, trends, and issues relevant to clients.
Ensure all media plans align with the agency's core values, philosophies, and operational processes.
Regularly assess and maintain the media plan while evaluating campaign performance.
Manage client expectations regarding work schedules and deadlines effectively.
Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, maintaining a foundation of mutual respect.
Oversee the administration and maintenance of media buys.
Guide team members in preparing accurate client finance reports and budget control reports (BCRs).
Provide actionable feedback and training to direct reports to meet performance and development goals.
Contribute to the preparation of media Points of View (POVs).
Participate in enhancing the overall product and brand image, making recommendations where necessary.

The Media Planning Supervisor plays a pivotal role in leading our media planning initiatives. This position involves the development and delivery of comprehensive media plans, proposals, and insightful analyses that meet and exceed client expectations. As a key member of our integrated media planning team, you will ensure that all strategies are informed by valuable insights, leading to impeccable media executions.
In addition to your planning responsibilities, you will be instrumental in coaching and mentoring junior staff, helping to cultivate the next generation of media planning professionals.
