Volunteer Coordination
Oversee volunteer onboarding processes, including scheduling and communications.
Act as the main contact point for volunteer inquiries, needs, and recognition.
Data Management & Systems
Manage and enhance the Rock database: ensuring profiles, logs, and attendance records are up to date.
Generate reports on volunteer engagement and guest experience metrics.
Weekend Support
Prepare and dismantle service materials, check-in stations, signage, and hospitality areas.
Provide on-site troubleshooting during services.
Communications & Resource Management
Oversee the congregation newsletter and social media updates.
Assist in creating and distributing training materials for Rooted/Life Group leaders, Guest Services, and Outreach teams.
Draft and send updates to volunteers and guests regarding events and service opportunities.
Administrative Support
Provide general support for the Lead Pastor and the Discipleship & Guest Experience Pastor.
Schedule planning meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
Assist in monitoring budget, processing purchase requests, and ordering resources.
