Your service orientation will be crucial: act promptly, anticipate recurring needs, and meet client expectations efficiently, all while demonstrating care and kindness towards all stakeholders encountered on-site.
Your primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Maintaining green spaces using provided power tools such as motorized trimmers (approximately 20% of the time)
- Conducting technical rounds in buildings to identify and catalog all repairs needed
- Performing general maintenance and first-level upkeep of equipment and executing minor multi-technical repairs: plumbing, locksmithing, handling, etc., in support of on-site technicians
- Managing a fleet of bicycles: performing minor repairs, changing inner tubes, lubricating chains, etc.
- Overseeing a fleet of vehicles: transporting them to the garage, managing fleet software, etc.
