Role Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist, your primary role is to ensure a smooth and enriching onboarding experience for our service professionals (our Pros) as they transition to our platform. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process while delivering outstanding customer service and addressing any queries or concerns that arise.
Acting as the dedicated point of contact during the crucial post-enrollment period, you will take charge of the Pro experience, guiding them through initial adoption, instilling confidence, and ensuring they quickly recognize the value of our services. You will proactively tackle challenges, employing empathy and problem-solving skills to enhance our team and improve the lives of our Pros. You will embody an ownership mindset, extending the sales experience by reaffirming the value of Housecall Pro and ensuring that Pros feel assured in their decision to partner with us.

What You Will Do:
- Manage relationships during the initial onboarding phase of new Pros, including account activation, transition, product adoption, and value delivery.
- Act as the primary resource for Pros throughout their early lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
- Reinforce the value of Housecall Pro, helping Pros build confidence in their decisions.
