In this pivotal role, you will help build and expand our global digital and privacy initiatives during a phase of significant growth and new product introductions, covering markets like Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Gibraltar, and beyond.Your responsibilities will include advising cross-functional teams—Product, Data Science, Information Security, Engineering, and Legal—on groundbreaking issues such as AI governance, cross-border data flows, and privacy-by-design concepts for financial products. You will become the leading privacy expert for Latin America within our organization.If you are passionate about these subjects, thrive in fast-paced environments, and aspire to influence the strategy of Latin America's premier cryptocurrency platform, this position is tailored for you.Reporting StructureYou will report to the Data Protection Officer and Deputy General Counsel, while closely collaborating with the Mexican legal team and regional teams in El Salvador, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, and Gibraltar.Who You Are You possess a law degree and have 2-3 years of experience in financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, regulatory affairs, data protection, or information law, gained through in-house positions, law firms, or regulatory bodies.Your interests include product development, artificial intelligence, privacy regulations, cryptocurrency, and the intersection of law and technology.
