POSITION OVERVIEW
The Part-Time Operations Associate plays a pivotal role in our store team, focusing on driving profitability and operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with the Operations and Visual Management teams to initiate and complete tasks, facilitating optimal store operations and delivering exceptional results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively execute inventory management processes, prioritizing accuracy and minimizing shrinkage.
- Investigate and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies, working alongside the General/Store Manager to address systemic issues.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain a compelling store presentation that aligns with ALO's brand standards.
- Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functions and customer satisfaction.
