You will serve as a vital link between our commercial, finance, customer, and logistics partners while managing EDI processes and maintaining precise data for seamless operations.What You’ll Do:Oversee the entire order lifecycle, collaborating closely with 3PL providers and customers to achieve outstanding service performance. Forge effective relationships with internal teams (Commercial, Finance) and external stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.Address order-related issues such as shortages, delivery failures, and returns via internal claims processes; generate and review monthly service level reports with key stakeholders.Coordinate order prioritization with commercial teams and 3PL partners, especially during peak periods (e.g., month/year-end, promotions, product launches), and proactively manage stock allocation and shortages.Supervise EDI processes (orders, invoices, DESADV), ensuring accuracy and continuity in partnership with the central EDI team. Maintain EDI and material master data, assist with new EDI setups, and manage SAP customer and pricing data.Support ongoing enhancements of logistics processes and costs, including budget cycles. Provide support for European colleagues as necessary.
