Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Partner Enablement Manager who will be instrumental in equipping our Delivery and Implementation Partners through training, resources, and certification processes. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services Partnerships, you will craft and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy, curating essential learning and training materials, delivering this content via expert-led webinars and hands-on sessions, and ensuring that our partners remain certified and proficient with our products and services. This role requires collaboration with various teams including our partners, professional services, sales enablement, product management, and product marketing teams. Please note, this position is 100% in-office, with a preference for candidates based in Chicago.
Key Responsibilities:
**Enablement Strategy & Program Design:** Formulate and implement onboarding and certification frameworks over 30-60-90 days, alongside ongoing learning pathways to keep partners informed of product developments.
**Resource & Content Creation:** Create and maintain a comprehensive repository of partner-ready materials, such as case studies, technical documentation, and co-branded marketing assets to effectively respond to RFXs.
**Onboarding & Training Delivery:** Conduct engaging training sessions through webinars, workshops, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to expedite partner onboarding.
**Performance Analysis:** Define KPIs, monitor partner engagement, analyze certification outcomes, and leverage data to pinpoint areas for enhancement, providing actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives.
