What You'll Be Working On:Managing a diverse patient panel, addressing a variety of acute, chronic, and preventative care needs.Providing care in-office, at testing centers, and conducting occasional telehealth consultations.Engaging in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities.Collaborating daily with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.Utilizing your clinical expertise and performing in-office procedures as needed.Supervising and mentoring Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs).Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for One Medical's virtual primary care services.Required Qualifications:Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.A minimum of 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with intent to achieve certification within one year of joining One Medical.Active Maryland medical license prior to start date.
