Enhance current products and recipes, optimizing processes for quality, cost efficiency, and production conditions.
Conduct thorough product, market, competitor, and trend analyses to drive continuous improvement of proprietary brand offerings and foster innovation.
Manage product evaluations in collaboration with quality management, coordinating and executing planned sampling activities.
Implement sustainable corrective actions and improvements, performing shelf-life tests on existing and new products, and participating in equipment trials, including training involved staff as necessary.
Prepare preliminary declarations based on newly developed recipes and compile all relevant data for subsequent calculations and specifications.
