Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning and MessagingDevelop and refine messaging and value propositions for each self-service solution and the broader product family.Create compelling, conversion-driven copy for product pages, onboarding flows, emails, and advertising campaigns.Customize messaging based on audience segments, personas, use cases, and service tiers (free, basic, pro, enterprise).Ensure messaging consistency across all digital, product, and campaign touchpoints.Go-to-Market Strategy and Launch ExecutionLead go-to-market planning for new product launches, pricing adjustments, packaging updates, and integrations.Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer support to align on key features and timelines.Define launch narratives and cross-channel rollout plans incorporating email, website updates, webinars, blog content, paid advertising, and social media.Demand Generation and Funnel OptimizationDesign and implement full-funnel acquisition campaigns, including content syndication, paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and SEO.Establish lead acquisition, conversion, and retention objectives for each product and campaign.Work with digital performance teams to manage budgets, optimize conversion paths, and test messaging variations.Oversee performance tracking, analytics, and campaign retrospectives, continuously improving strategies based on results.Subscription Growth and Tiered Upsell StrategyDefine and enhance upsell journeys between self-service tiers (e.g., free to pro, pro to enterprise).

TransPerfect is on the lookout for a Product Marketing Lead who will spearhead the positioning, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation initiatives for our innovative self-service suite of GlobalLink products, which includes GlobalLink Web, Share, Scribe, and Strings. These products are vital entry points into the GlobalLink ecosystem for thousands of users and organizations worldwide.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on acquisition, conversion, and retention within our e-commerce and product-led growth channels. You will be responsible for crafting marketing strategies for individual products as well as overseeing the self-service portfolio, with the aim of driving subscription growth and upsell adoption across service tiers, while executing integrated go-to-market strategies.
This hands-on leadership position combines strategic thinking with operational excellence across content creation, performance marketing, product storytelling, and lifecycle optimization.
