Your Role Matters
As a Product Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in driving our HR operations project. This position will focus on the implementation and migration of Time Off policies, ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and configure Time Off policies into our internal tools based on established guidelines.
Translate policy rules into system settings accurately, including accruals and eligibility.
Migrate employee records from existing Time Off policies to the new framework.
Validate data integrity pre- and post-migration to ensure correct balances.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously.
Identify and report inconsistencies or data issues proactively.
Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies effectively.
Maintain organized documentation of completed tasks and progress.
