This position is integral to our EMEA Creative & Media team, a dynamic group composed of media experts such as Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists, Account Managers, Media Planners, and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we fuse creative storytelling with performance-driven strategies and cutting-edge technology to craft compelling digital experiences that forge lasting relationships with our clients, including Logitech, Just Eat Takeaway, Foot Locker, and Meta.
JOB PURPOSE
As part of our media teams, our programmatic advertising experts guide clients in the effective procurement of digital media that aligns with their objectives across the entire marketing funnel. Whether through real-time bidding or guaranteed deals with publishers, we ensure optimal results and select the most suitable channels for our clients' goals.
In your leadership role, you will set the vision for our programmatic team and drive business growth. You will challenge team members while fostering an environment that encourages professional development and high-quality deliverables for our clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and implement programmatic buying services for our clients.
- Hold overall commercial responsibility for the team's expansion.
- Establish ambitious team goals, formulate strategies to meet those objectives, and ensure efficient achievement of client targets.
- Lead and innovate our operational methodologies within Programmatic.
- Collaborate with international offices to ensure alignment with DEPT® counterparts and to provide top-tier services.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities that enhance client value and critically assess our output.
- Devise strategies and oversee campaigns for esteemed clients.
- Translate campaign results into actionable insights and proposals that can be clearly communicated at all organizational levels.
