Assist in the planning and management of multiple solar projects concurrently.
Support project and contract execution activities.
Collaborate on scheduling and construction planning by assessing personnel, materials, and equipment needs.
Monitor project budgets and report status updates to the General Manager, including anticipated completion costs.
Ensure the site team is equipped with necessary safety materials and complies with Knobelsdorff safety protocols alongside the Construction Manager.
Engage with clients to communicate project statuses, manage change orders, submit billing, and deliver contractually required materials.
Oversee the ordering and tracking of materials and equipment to ensure timely arrival.
Maintain an updated project schedule and ensure critical milestones are achieved.
Collaborate with Engineering for submittals, RFIs, and site buildability evaluations.
Facilitate kickoff meetings with the project team to pave the way for project success.
Conduct a Project Handover Meeting with the Pre-Construction and Estimating team to review contract scope, timelines, and budgets.
Develop a realistic project schedule based on client requirements and internal resource allocation.
Communicate with Construction Managers regarding equipment and personnel needs, and relay requests for support to the Division General Superintendent.
Work closely with Construction Managers and the Division General Superintendent to ensure projects adhere to their schedules.
Provide ongoing feedback to field personnel regarding budgeted timelines versus actual completions for specific cost codes.
Coordinate with the site Construction Manager to fulfil contract safety requirements and ensure all necessary forms and reports are submitted.
Manage change orders, ensuring documentation is current in KE Procore and financial adjustments are reflected in Viewpoint.
Review project financials weekly, ensuring cost codes and budget data are accurately entered in Viewpoint. Collaborate with relevant parties to address any discrepancies.
Submit monthly SOV forms to KE accounts payable, detailing site CTC amounts and forecasted revenues through Viewpoint.
Oversee project close-out requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely invoicing.
Address and resolve customer punch list items as needed.
Perform additional assignments as required.
