KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a pivotal member of our team, you will take on various responsibilities that contribute to our commitment to excellence. Your primary duties will include:
Verifying that all received goods are accompanied by authorized documentation.
Conducting thorough inspections of incoming products to ensure they meet specified quantity, quality, pricing, and other requirements before acceptance.
Alerting relevant department heads regarding the arrival of materials to facilitate prompt and secure removal from the receiving area.
Ensuring the accuracy of invoices and tax documents against purchase orders.
Reporting any discrepancies to the Purchasing Manager.
Processing daily receiving entries into the JDE system, ensuring cost records are accurate within the month of receipt.
Submitting receiving reports along with supporting documents to the Assistant Financial Controller for review.
Maintaining organized filing of all receiving reports and invoices/tax documents.
Performing any additional duties as assigned by the Financial Controller or their designee.
