Essential Job Responsibilities:Provide leadership and administrative support for the effective management of therapy programs.Ensure that team members effectively prepare participants and therapists for their appointments.Oversee the implementation of treatment programs as designed for each participant, delegating tasks as needed.Manage contracts related to speech therapy services.Ensure compliance with regulatory statutes and guidelines governing rehabilitation services and PACE.Maintain regular communication with the Center Director and Clinical Services Director regarding staffing needs and procedural changes.Conduct home visits to oversee therapy services, assist with equipment setup, or provide in-person treatments when required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy with a minimum of five years of rehabilitation experience.Preferred one to three years of management experience.Extensive knowledge and experience in Physical/Occupational Therapy for treating elderly participants with complex health needs.At least two years in a supervisory role with proven ability to mentor and develop team members.CPR and First Aid certification required within 180 days of hire, with preference for certification upon hire.

Furthermore, the Rehab Manager ensures that services align with both professional competency standards and regulatory requirements, while also guiding and mentoring staff as necessary.
