As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring the community achieves its occupancy goals. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing and managing all community sales initiatives, engaging with placement agencies, conducting tours for prospective residents, and successfully closing sales.
- Evaluating occupancy trends, analyzing market dynamics, and assessing the sales cycle length to devise effective strategies aimed at achieving full occupancy and maintaining a healthy waitlist.
- Creating and implementing a targeted outreach plan tailored to the unique needs of the community.
- Ensuring that apartments are move-in ready and all necessary paperwork is completed prior to resident arrivals.
- Regularly inspecting the community, model apartments, and grounds to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for tours.
