Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account OwnershipOversee customer outcomes for a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts, including high-value clients, ensuring they understand, adopt, and derive measurable benefits from Surgimate.Establish success metrics with clients and consistently monitor progress toward agreed-upon objectives (ROI, efficiency enhancements, workflow optimizations).Identify adoption gaps proactively and implement action plans to enhance product utilization.Foster strong, trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, within client organizations.Act as the primary contact and strategic consultant for all assigned accounts.Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s workflows, business objectives, and challenges.Maintain comprehensive account plans and engagement strategies with a focus on long-term retention and growth.Direct portfolio-level strategy, prioritizing efforts across accounts based on risk assessment, value, and growth potential.Facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate ROI and align on long-term success.Product Adoption and Client EducationPromote continuous product adoption through regular check-ins, training sessions, webinars, and business reviews.Inform customers about new features and ensure they align with their needs and use cases.Reinforce best practices to maximize product effectiveness.
