Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Success Representative for Named Accounts, you will play a crucial role in renewing customer maintenance contracts within your dedicated territory. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring retention while driving upsell opportunities for premium services and add-on sales of Veeam products. Your success will directly correlate with your ability to drive revenue bookings and exceed performance quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed quotas associated with territory renewal and expansion objectives.
- Manage annual pipeline effectively by initiating contact with customers at least 9 months prior to support expiration, performing technical environment health checks, and providing proactive support for complete product adoption.
- Engage customers proactively to educate them on new features, promote additional products, align them with business outcomes, and facilitate renewals while driving account growth through upgrades and new licenses.
- Identify and understand key stakeholders at both customer and partner levels, tailoring strategies to meet their needs.
- Reach out to customers with lapsed support, aiming to reactivate their services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, Sales, and other departments to prepare enterprise renewal agreements and manage special terms.
- Clearly communicate and negotiate complex offers effectively at the executive level.
- Provide accurate forecasting and business analysis, sharing insights to drive strategic decisions.
