Job Description
As a Senior Hospitality Host at The Cubehouse, you will be the central contact point for tenants, suppliers, and colleagues. With your experience, you will ensure a structured, engaging environment while maintaining a high level of service. From 08:00 – 18:00, you will be the face of the building at our reception. Your responsibilities include guiding visitors and suppliers, directing people, and managing all facility-related inquiries. Additional tasks may include:
Contributing to process improvements and enhancing the overall hospitality experience.
Handling tenant and management inquiries (such as maintenance, cleaning, leaks).
Keeping meeting rooms in pristine condition, checking equipment and materials, and responding promptly when issues arise.
Actively coordinating with security and cleaning staff.
Coordinating colleagues and providing support to other D&B departments.
