A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Marketing, Communication, and/or Public Relations within museums, cultural institutions, or similar environments. Experience managing promotional campaigns focused on art and culture. Active participation in the promotion of cultural activities. Proven ability to engage with diverse and international audiences. Strong skills in promoting cultural events, programs, and exhibitions. Deep passion for art and culture. Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Understanding of museum operations and audience engagement strategies. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

As the Senior Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be instrumental in amplifying the museum's exhibitions, programs, and initiatives by crafting and executing strategic communication plans. Your focus will be on enhancing the museum’s visibility, engaging diverse audiences, and fostering strong community relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

- Communication Strategy:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with the museum’s objectives.
  • Draft press releases, coordinate press events, and manage media inquiries to ensure effective communication.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local, national, and international media.
  • Collaborate with museum teams and external partners to boost the museum’s profile in Bali and beyond.

- Social Media Management:

  • Formulate and execute a social media strategy aimed at enhancing the museum's online engagement.
  • Create compelling promotional content for various social media platforms and the museum’s website.
  • Monitor social media channels, responding to audience inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

- Event Promotion:

  • Organize and promote events, exhibitions, and educational programs.
  • Oversee marketing efforts for events to maximize attendance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences.
  • Evaluate the success of communication strategies and campaigns, offering insights for future improvements.
