Role Overview
The Senior Performance Marketing Associate - Paid Social will drive growth through paid social strategies, with a strong emphasis on Meta platforms. This role manages the full lifecycle of Meta Ads campaigns: planning experiments, building campaigns, and analyzing performance data to support business goals.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of Meta Ads campaigns, from strategy to execution
- Design and run experiments to test new approaches
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics to meet objectives
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and external partners to support campaign success
- Deliver measurable results that contribute to StubHub’s growth
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Comfort working in a hybrid, fast-moving environment
- Results-oriented mindset
Location and Schedule
This position is based in Century City, Los Angeles, CA. The schedule is hybrid: three days in the office and two days remote each week.
