Join our dynamic team at LaBella Associates as a Senior Project Manager in the Brownfields Investigation & Remediation group within our Environmental Division, serving clients in Tennessee and Georgia. This role involves overseeing multiple Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and larger investigation/remediation projects from our Chattanooga office.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to effectively coordinate fieldwork, ensuring projects remain on budget and on schedule.
Engage with clients to discuss proposals, findings, and recommendations.
Deliver timely, high-quality project outcomes.
Design comprehensive investigation and remediation plans along with detailed project costs and timelines.
Foster existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities.
Handle project billing and financial reporting.
