Key Responsibilities:
Oversee access control for residents and guests, enforcing University policies and validating guest passes. Proactively manage unauthorized or altered identification.
Respond to emergencies including fires, crimes, or medical incidents, notifying appropriate authorities and reporting situations to other departmental representatives. Maintain vigilance and write detailed Incident and Fire Alarm Reports.
Serve as the primary representative of the University, offering assistance and information to residents, guests, and staff.
Monitor surveillance footage for suspicious activities and report technical issues to the supervisor or Residential Safety Office.
Participate in at least two training sessions annually and regularly consult the Operations Manual.
