You will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our production infrastructure, which includes cloud services, digital asset management (DAM) platforms, file sharing and collaboration tools (including Box), and systems supporting our media operations worldwide.This role requires a hands-on approach, engaging in configuration, incident resolution, and vendor management. You will collaborate closely with production, creative, and engineering teams to ensure our infrastructure meets the fast-paced demands of an agile agency environment.Your Key Responsibilities:Production Infrastructure ManagementOversee deployment and daily management of production infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and performance across all environments.Establish and uphold infrastructure standards, documentation, and incident response protocols for production systems.Direct capacity planning and scaling strategies to accommodate agency growth and campaign execution requirements.Manage infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and observability tools, proactively identifying and mitigating issues before they impact production.Cloud Services ManagementAdminister cloud environments, including Google Drive and Box, while applying best practices for security, cost efficiency, and resilience.Lead cloud migration projects and continuously enhance cloud infrastructure to facilitate agency workflows.
