A.), a cutting-edge technology and communications firm, is excited to announce an opening for a motivated and passionate Junior Business Development Associate to become a key member of our raisin® team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in introducing and promoting our innovative raisin solution to potential clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of leads through diligent research and effective networking.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers in the fundraising and charity sectors, clearly articulating our compelling value proposition.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach for outreach, encompassing email, social media, advertising, and cold calling.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to maximize closing rates.
  • Accurately log sales activities in our Hubspot CRM and analyze data for strategic insights.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales progress and lead status.
  • Assist senior sales members in evaluating market potential and the value of prospective clients.
  • Conduct qualification demonstrations, both remotely and in-person.
  • Identify and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences (approximately 2-3 per year).
  • Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives aimed at lead generation.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Salary: $42,000 - $46,000
Commission: $6,000 - $8,000
