What You Will Do
As a member of our Network Operations Center (NOC), you will be at the technical core of CM.com, operational 24/7. The NOC is where all our products and services converge. You will monitor network performance, security, and technical status, ensuring optimal service levels for our clients while maintaining security for our operations. Our NOC is a unique service we offer our customers, contributing significantly to their choice to partner with us.
In your role as a Junior IT Engineer, you will collaborate with IT, research & development teams, and global stakeholders. Your responsibilities will range from identifying problems to delivering comprehensive solutions via telephone and email. When challenges arise, the NOC team is there to restore order.
