This position is instrumental in supporting HR functions by upholding data integrity, optimizing system performance, ensuring precise reporting, and delivering actionable workforce analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, advanced reporting skills, and practical experience with Power BI for developing dashboards and analytics that drive strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:HRIS Management & SupportAdminister and support HRIS platforms to ensure optimal functionality and data accuracy.Configure system workflows, business processes, security roles, and user access levels.Identify and troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT or vendors for resolution.Oversee system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.Data Management & IntegrityRegularly audit and maintain employee data to ensure compliance and accuracy.Create and implement data validation processes.Support data governance and security protocols.Predictive Modeling & Data ScienceDevelop statistical models to forecast hiring needs, evaluate retention risks, and analyze workforce costs.Utilize machine learning and predictive analytics to uncover trends and identify workforce risks.Conduct advanced statistical analyses, including regression and correlation studies, to inform HR strategies.Reporting & Analytics (Power BI Focus)Create, design, and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI.Develop comprehensive workforce analytics covering headcount, turnover, compensation, and diversity metrics.Establish automated reporting solutions and robust data models.Transform HR data into insightful reports for leadership.Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership to facilitate workforce planning initiatives.Data Management & GovernanceWork alongside HRIS and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and security.Build and maintain HR data pipelines and structured datasets for in-depth analysis.Define and enforce data quality standards and governance practices.Strategic Insights & PartnershipEngage with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align analytics with organizational objectives.Offer insights to enhance workforce planning, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and performance management efforts.Convert complex data analyses into actionable recommendations for decision-making.Process Improvement & AutomationIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HRIS.
