We are looking for an individual with a strong Digital Mindset, naturally curious, who wants to understand our clients' businesses rather than just perform research.
Your Mission
You will be the driving force of our operations, closely collaborating with Partners and your team. Your role will be both hybrid and strategic:
- Market Intelligence (Hunting 2.0): You will contribute to identifying and engaging C-Level executives and Directors in your sector, utilizing digital tools, networks, and lateral thinking. We don’t seek someone who merely does 'copy-paste'; we want someone who can discover talent where others don’t look.
- Business Content & Storytelling: Our Partners have ideas and connections; you will have the ability to make them visible. You will create impactful presentations, pitch decks, and materials for exclusive events. You must know how to 'package' a concept and make it appealing to an executive audience.
- Candidate Experience: You will manage the initial contact and pre-qualification interviews. You need to captivate your audience, often senior figures, with professionalism and empathy.
