Business Acumen: You understand how a business operates and can speak the industry’s language. Hard Skills: Proficient in Office Suite (especially PowerPoint/Canva for presentations) and familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). We work on international mandates. Background: Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or related fields. Previous experience in headhunting is a plus but not mandatory.

Your Mission

You will be the driving force of our operations, closely collaborating with Partners and your team. Your role will be both hybrid and strategic:

  • Market Intelligence (Hunting 2.0): You will contribute to identifying and engaging C-Level executives and Directors in your sector, utilizing digital tools, networks, and lateral thinking. We don’t seek someone who merely does 'copy-paste'; we want someone who can discover talent where others don’t look.
  • Business Content & Storytelling: Our Partners have ideas and connections; you will have the ability to make them visible. You will create impactful presentations, pitch decks, and materials for exclusive events. You must know how to 'package' a concept and make it appealing to an executive audience.
  • Candidate Experience: You will manage the initial contact and pre-qualification interviews. You need to captivate your audience, often senior figures, with professionalism and empathy.
