We are currently seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (IEFP) to become a vital part of our HR team. This internship will provide you with valuable insights and practical experience in recruitment and talent management within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding of new hires.
- Evaluate resumes, perform initial candidate outreach, and organize interviews.
- Maintain comprehensive candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.
- Work closely with HR and departmental managers to align on hiring requirements.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
