About the Position and Role Mission
You will be part of the team responsible for enhancing the operational performance and specialization of Inter's BPO operations. Your role will focus on managing performance indicators, ensuring adherence to applications, and structuring training governance. Your mission is to ensure that BPO agents are increasingly specialized, aligned with processes, and delivering consistent results through development paths, metrics monitoring, and robust governance practices.
Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and managing performance indicators (KPIs, SLAs, quality and productivity metrics);
- Tracking and ensuring adherence to applications used by BPO agents, identifying gaps, and proposing corrective actions;
- Structuring and executing training and development paths focused on BPO agent specialization;
- Engaging in governance initiatives to ensure quality adherence and performance enhancement.
