Qualifications

Coordinate and oversee Project Management within the Logistics Department, ensuring transparency in project milestones and interdependencies across departments. Establish Qualification concepts for salaried personnel in Logistics, ensuring compliance with project and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Define and align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the Leadership Team to effectively monitor operational, personnel, and safety metrics, identifying areas for action when necessary. Lead specific projects within the Logistics Department and represent the team in company-wide project meetings as needed. Assist in developing and implementing a Business Management System/Quality Management System in accordance with central Quality department guidelines, ensuring adherence to processes and auditing standards. Contribute to the establishment of Shopfloor Management processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
