About the Role

Sellers Dorsey is on the lookout for a dynamic Lead Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager to enhance and maintain our technological infrastructure while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation and management of M365 services. You will also serve as the interim leader in the absence of the IT Infrastructure Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration & Support for M365: MS Entra-ID, Intune and Intune deployments, Global Secure Access, Windows Administration.
  • Management of Cisco Duo and related security measures.
  • Support and troubleshooting of various desktop applications and hardware.
  • Assisting in the development of IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
